My Eskimo Friend

I wonder if Damian Rice acutally has an Eskimo friend, and if he did if his friend would rather be his Inuit friend. Where does an Irish man meet an eskimo anyway? No, it's not a joke but maybe I'll think of a punchline soon. Not sure why I'm starting a blog right now, I'm hardly ever at a position to write to it, what with having no computer down in my new home in London (well, Croydon is virtually London, although its in Surrey strictly speeking. And anyway, I spend most of my waking hours in an office in London so if that dosnt count then I dont know what does). I wonder how they got keyboard shortcuts to work in a browser? Not that its that difficult, bit of javascript is all it takes, but I've never seen it before, wonder why it's not more common. God I'm such a geek!

I never was too good at keeping diaries, which I suppose is all a blog is. Usually I only feel the need to start writing when there's a girl involved somewhere, and I guess nows not too different but we'll not go there just now... .

The shopping trolley (cart) was first invented in 1937 by the owner of the Piggley-Wiggley supermarket chain. At first, it didn't catch on. Shoppers simply refused to use the new contraptions.

Eventually, models were paid to use the trolley in the shop so that the customers could see how useful and wonderful it was.

Thanks for dropping by and the message!
The word "soñador" means dreamer, and the lines come from a really old Spanish song called "de Mexico a Buenos Aires" , or something like that.

You can't really learn Spanish from me because I'm a beginner myself.

BTW, using one post as Graffiti Wall is a great idea. Maybe I should make one, too.
